By washing and drying all linens at our headquarters in Incline and providing all homes with free linens, Goldfish truly has you covered.

Automatic-Locking Entry System
Gone are the days of having to check in at a rental office and wait for a set of physical house keys. Keys that can easily be lost or stolen. Thanks to its own Thirty-thousand-dollar investment, every property managed by Goldfish is equipped with a digital pad that automatically opens and locks each rental property with a special access code. Our auto-lock systems not only allow renters to go straight to the home upon check-in, but also alerts Goldfish Properties when someone has entered or exited the home. A unique code is created for every rental at the time of arrival and is disabled at checkout. All vendors, cleaning crews, inspectors also have a code, so we always know who is entering the dwelling. This new top-of-the line system is yet another key component of the premier services offered at Goldfish.
Dedicated Homeowner Portal
While we have the in-person resources for homeowners and guests to always contact us, be it in person or on the phone, sometimes you simply want to view monthly statement, look at past and future rental, rental income, work orders, or just book your own property, etc., at your own leisure. Not only do we have our own property inspector who thoroughly checks out your property before and after each respective rental, but in the event something does go wrong every renter has a $2500 insurance policy to protect the renter, things happen like a wine stain, broken window be assured your home is fully protected. It may be your second home but serving guests while protecting your home is first and foremost on our mind.
We Got an App for That
Complementing the five-star, full-service staff support at Goldfish, we also have a proprietary App that is sent to the Vacationer at the time of booking that provides check in and checkout information, entertainment information, food suggestions, Wifi password , and instructions to help with the electronics, trash day, thermostat, or gas fireplace.
